Returns policy
As per our general terms and conditions, not all orders can be returned. Orders can be returned if they meet the following conditions:
- The product has been damaged in transit.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The customer has received an incorrect product.
To help you as best as we can, please send us an email to info@alaida.es explaining the situation. If the product is damaged, please also attach a photo showing the damage.
* If at time of delivery the pallets received have some sort of damage please proceed to put a reservation in the delivery note (just indicating that the pallet has arrived in a bad condition)
Within 5 working days, one of our customer service staff will get in touch with you to arrange the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging to ensure that it is properly protected.
